CONTRACT DATED JUNE 1, 1965
On this the 11th day of October, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
a Lease Purchase Contract executed by Kerr County and the W, K, Holt Machinery Company on
June 1, 1965, for one Caterpillar 922 Traxcavator, and it appearing to the Court that payments
on said contract are due on June 1, 1965 through June 1, 1970 but that sufficient funds not
othero-tise required are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a
saving of interest payments on the total unpaid balance of this contract could be effected by

exercising the option to purchase the said Traxcavator under the terms set forth in said
^ contract, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise the aforesaid option
as set forth in the aforementioned contract and declare its intention to purchase the said
Caterpillar Traxcavator as of October 15, 1965, by making payment of the total balance due
on the original contract, plus into rest at 42/0 per annum on the said balance from June 1,
1965; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County payable to the Chas. Schreiner Bank,
assignee of W. K, Holt Machinery Company, said voucher to be drawn as follows and be accom-
panied by a certii'iod copy of this order:
