On this the 15th day of October 1965, upon motion made by Cornrnissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the C~.urt unanimously approved that the County Judge he authorized
to execute an amendment, to Lease Agreement to Dugosl: Aircraft Service Co., inc., which amend-
rn~nt would repeal Section Ix of said lease as originally executed and substitute therefore
the following:

consent of Lessors. However, Lessee shall be permitted to hypothecate and mortgage the
Lessee shall not be permitted to sublet the premises hereby leased except v;ith the written
premises hereof 4:ithout the consent, oŁ the Lessors. Any such mortgagee and,'or pledgee shall,
despite termination of t}.is lease, be entitled against Lessors to 311 rights and re:~edies
previously enforceable against. Lessors by Lessee for the remaining term of this lease arid the
exercise of ary option,
It is further ordered that the authority herein (;ranted be exercised upon concurrence
herein by the City of Kerrville.
