by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Cc.urt unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to execu±e an amendment to Lease Agreement to Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., which amerd-
mint would repeal Section Ix of said lease as originally executed and substitute therefore

SUB-LEASE
Lessee shall not be permitted to sublet the premises hereby leased except with the m~ritten
ccnsent of Lessors. However, Lessee shall be permitted to hypothecate and mortgage the
premises hereof without the consent of the Lessors. Any such mortgagee and; or pledgee shall,
despite terrrcination of t:_is lease, be entitled against Lessors to all rights and renedies
previously enforceable against Les::ors by Lessee fcr the remaining term of this lease and the
exercise of any option.
It is furt..er ordered that the authority herein granted be exercised upon concurrence
herein by the City of Kerrville.
