by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Curt unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to execu*e an amendment to Lease Agreement to Dugost~ Aircraft Service Co., lnc., which amend-
went would repeal Section IX of said tease as originally executed and substitute therefore
the follo~:ing:

SUB-LEASE
Lessee shall not be permitted to sublet the premises hereby leased except with the written
consent of Lessors. However, Lessee shall be perruit.ted to hypothecate and mortgage the
premises hereof without the consent of the Lessors. Any such mortgagee and; or pledgee shall,
despite terruination of t;_is lease, be entitled against Lessors to all rights and remedies
:;revicusly enforceable against Les_:ors by Lessee for tree remaining terra, of this lease and the
exercise of any option.
It is furt.,er ordered that the authority herein S;ranted be exercised upon concurrence
herein by the City of Kerrville.
