to execute an amendment to Lease Agreement to Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., which amend-
went would repeal Section Ix of said lease as originally executed and substitute therefore

SUB-LEASE
Lessee shall not be permitted to sublet the premises hereby leased except with the written
consent of Lessors. lfowever, Lessee shall be permitted to hypothecate and mortgage the
premises hereof V~ithout the consent oŁ the Lessors. Any such mortgagee and/or aledgee shall,
despite termination of t}.is lease, be entitled against Lessors to all rights and remedies
previously enforceable against Lessors by Lessee for the remaining tern; of this lease and the
exercise of any option.
