claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and l}, General, Officers Salary,
County Law Library, Special Airport Maintenance, Permanent Improvement and Highway 39 R/W
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 953 thru 957, Voucner Nos, 13736
thru 13921 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.

On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of October of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having bean heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Louetta
Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion made
by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Louetta Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of X220.00 per month, effective as of November 1, 1965.

On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
^ to ba canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held on November 2, 1965.
wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 5, Yages 33-38, Record of Election Returns, and as certii'ied by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, are
unanimously approved by the Court.

in the performance of his duties in regard to the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held November 2, 1965,
