On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of October of the County and Procinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
aionor Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future referenco and subject to audit,

N0. 10107 ORDER AU'PHORIZING ArPOIiuTT~iuT OF LOUETTA BRANDON, DEPUTY 'PAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Louetta
Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion made
by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Louetta Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of ~p220.00 per month, effective as of November 1, 1965,

N0. 10108 SPECIAL CONSTI`PUTIONAL AM~;NDMENT ELECTION RETURNS C6NVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 8th day of November 19b5, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held on November 2, 1965,
wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 5, Pages 33-38, Record of Election Returns, and as certii'ied by each member of the
Commissioners Court, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, are
unanimously approved by the Court.

Un this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the claims
and accounts filed by each election official, indicating the number of hours each had rendered
in the performance of his duties in regard to the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held November 2, 1965,
