On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of October of the County and Procinct Officers of Karr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit,

On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Louetta
Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion made
by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Louetta Brandon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of X220.00 per month, effective as of November 1, 1965.

N0. 10108 SPECIAL CONSTITU`PIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Constitutional Amendment Election
held on November 2, 1965.
wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 5, Pages 33-38, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, are
unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. 10109 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS OF OFFICERS HOLDING SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION
On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the claims
and accounts filed by each election official, indicating the number of hours each had rendered
in the performance of his duties in regard to the Spİcial Constitutional Amendment Election
held November 2, 1965.
~-- It appearing to the Court that said Election Judges be paid, as per claim on file, at
X1.25 per hour and ~p5.00 additional for the Presiding Judges for bringing in the returns,
including the Absentee Box.

On this the 8th day of November 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Corr~issioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer be
authorized to pay Flood Control xepair Warrants Nos. L}1 through l}8, Inclusive, plus X700,00
interest on all outstanding warrants, Said warrants to be paid November 15, 1965 out of the
Flood Control Maintenance Fund,

N0. 10111 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF ROSA LEA MEEK TO MAINTAIN AIRCRAFT SALES OFFICE AT AIRPORT
On this the 8th day of November 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm and Bartel voting "AYF," and
Commissioners Mosty and Stone voting "NO" and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County concur with the City of Kerrville
granting permission for Rosa Lea Meek to maintain an Aircraft Sales Office in a trailer
house, at the heretofore designated site on the City-County Airport Property, subject to
the same limitations imposed by the City of Kerrville.

N0, 10113 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CAR FOR SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 8th day of November 19b5, upon motion made by Commissioner Mosty, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one new 1966 four door sedan for the Sheriffs Depart-
ment,
Specifications are on file in the ofi'ice of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., December 13, 1965, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read,
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

the matter of compensation to be paid Robert H, Carson, Walter D, Carson, Mary Ruth Menn and
Bessie Sistrunk for their conveyance of 7.993 acres of land required for F, Tai, Road 131}0 west
of Mo-Ranch, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Korr County
hereby offers to pay the aforesaid four land owners the sum of X800.00 compensation for land
and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of the 7,993 acres
of land required, and in addition to the cash consideration offered, Kerr County will construct
