authorized to pay Flood Control xepair Warrants Nos. 1}1 through LF8, Inclusive, plus X700.00
interest on all outstanding warrants. Said warrants to be paid November 15, 196$ out of the
Flood Control Maintenance Fund,

On this the 8th day of November 1965, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm and Bartel voting "AYE" and
Commissioners T4osty and Stone voting "NO" and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County concur with the City of Korrville --,
granting permission for Rosa Lea Meek to maintain an Aircraft Sales Office in a trailer
house, at the heretofore designated site on the City-County Airport Property, subject to
the same limitations imposed by the City of Kerrville.

the matter of compensation to be paid Robert R. Carson, Walter D. Carson, Mary Ruth Menn and
Bessie Sistrunk for their conveyance of 7,993 acres of land required for F, M, Road 131}0 west
of Mo-Ranch, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County
hereby offers to pay the aforesaid four land owners the sum of X800.00 compensation for land
and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of the 7,993 acres
of land required, and in addition to the cash consideration offered, Kerr County will construct

On this the 8th day of November, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
a revised and amended lease as to L}.1 acres of the City-County Airport property which revised
lease with Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc,, has been heretofore approved by the City of
Kerrville pursuant to its Ordinance No, 65-1LI, and it appearing to the Court that the said
revised lease is intended to supersede that certain lease heretofore executed by Korr County
pursuant to the authority set forth in Order No. 1001.6 as recorded in Vol. Ni, P, 278 of the
Minutes of the Commissioners' Court which original lease is also recorded in Vol. T•1, P, 291-96
^ of the Minutes of the Court, and it further appearing that the revised lease embodies a revision
of a proposed amendment to the said original lease which proposed amendment is set forth in
Order No, 10103 entered by the Court on October 15, 1965, but has not been heretofore executed
on behalf of Kerr County; and it further appearing to the Court that the execution of the
revised lease as heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville it in the best interest of all
parties concaxaned, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner
Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized
to execute the aforesaid revised lease with Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc,, as per the text
set forth in Ordinance No, 65-14 of the City of Kerrville, Texas, and that the Clerk of the
Court attest thereto, with certified copies of this order being appended to all executed copies
of the aforesaid revised lease, and it is furtY~er ordered that upon execution by all parties
of the aforesaid revised lease agreement, it shal 1 be accepted in substitution of and in lieu
of that certain lease as heretofore recorded in Vol. M, P, ?.91-96 of the Minutes of the Court,

Court that the reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes therein
are good and sufficient, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be
granted and signed by the County Judge,
