seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out oŁ the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
of creating a F. M. 1340 Right-of-Way Fund and of transferring $10,000,00 from the F, M,
Lateral Road Fund to the F. M, 131}.0 R/w Fund. 'iylerafore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County 'Preasurer create
a new fund known as F, M, 1340 H/w Fund, and it is further ordered that the County Clerk and
County 't'reasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of ~p10,000,00 from the F, iii, Lateral Road
Fund to the F, M, 1340 R/W Fund,
