On this the 8th day of November 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
of creating a F. M. 1340 Right-of-Way Fund and of transferring $10,000.00 from the F, M,
Lateral Road Fund to the F. M, 1340 R/w Fund. '1'ylerefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County 't'reasurer create
a new fund known as F, M, 1340 H/W Fund, and it is further ordered that the County Clerk and
County 't'reasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of ~p10,000,00 from the F, 1"t, Lateral Road
Fund to the F, M. 1340 R/W Fund,
