COURT RECONVENED November 9, 1965, at 10:00 o'clock A,M„ with the following officers
present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10122 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF CuU:PITY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of November 1965, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E, M, McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, i'or the period beginning on the 1st day of Ilugust 1965 and ending the 31st day of
October lyb5, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
I'1' IS 'THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County 'Treasurer in accordance with this Order.
Motion made by Commissioner 5chwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

CLLRK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDl'TURES AND RECEIPTS OF tiERR COUNTY
On tnis the 9th day of November 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and '1'abutar Statement of Emmie M. MuenKer, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quay^ter beginning August 1, lyb5 and ending
October jl, 1965, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner 5chwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit.
