as compensation for services as an Election Clerk, the request boing made due to the accident-
al destruction of Voucher Pio. 13890 by the payee prior to its negotiation by him and it
appearing to the Court that this requost should be granted, it is ordered on moticn by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County Treasury Voucher No. 13590 be ordered cancelled on the books of the
Clerk and the Treasurer and that the County Depository be directed to stop payment on said
voucher should it be presented for payment, ana it is further ordered that the Clerk and
the Treasurer be authorized to draw a new voucher on the General Fund in the amount of w15.00
payable to Emil H, Baethge in payment for his heretofore approved claim for services rendor-
ad as an election clerk,
