5. After completion of construction of F, M. Road 1346 to the proximity of Station
12?_ of the centerline, Kerr County will discontinue and close as a public roadway that
portion of the existing County road north of the Cullum Rancr., beginning at the point of
its intersection with the southeasterly boundary of the Management Area and running through
the Management Area westerly to the point of its intersection with the south right-of-way
line of F, M, Road 1310 in the proximity of Station 12U of the centerline.

three strands of smooth cable twist, to make a total fence izeight of 7 feet, Gates to be a !~1

of Emil H. Baethge for the issuance of a Kerr County Treasury Voucher to replace Voucher
No, 135>0 dated Nov. 9, 1965 drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County in tine amount of w15.00
as compensation for services as an Election Clerk, the request being made due to the accident-
al destruction of Voucher No, 13890 by the payee prior to its neotiation by hire and it
appearing to tiie Court that this request should be granted, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County Treasury Voucher No, 13890 be ordered cancelled on the books of the
Clark ana the Treasurer and that the County Depository be directed to stop payment on said
voucher should it be presented for payment, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and
the Treasurrar be authorized to draw a new voucher on the General Fund in the amount of X15,00
payable to Emil H, Baotizge in payment for his heretofore approved claim for services render-
ed as an election clerk,

On this the 3rd day of December 1945, came on to bo considered by the Court the applica-
,-.. tion of Loon Maples, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Virgil ll. Houston as
Deputy Sheriff-Ingram Nightwatchman, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore,on motion made
by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Gommissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Virgil D, Houston as Deputy Sheriff-Ingram Night-
watchman, at a salary of X100,00 per month., plus Y~30,00 per month for car allowance, effective
as of December 3, 1965.
