On this the 13th day of December 19b5, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2, 3 and 4, Officers Salary, General,
Jury, General Road and Bridge, Permanent Improvement, Highway 39 and F/i°i 131}0 R/W and County
Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 960 thru 963 ,
Voucher Nos. 1LI007 thru 14110 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously
approved by the Court,

N0. 10130 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of December 1965, came on ~o be examined by the Court the various
reports of November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds tnat said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submi~ted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit,

N0. 10131 ORDER APPROVING USE AGREEMENT FOR SOUTHWEST AIRLINES AND OTHERWISE CGNCURRING 4JITH
CITY OF' KEP.RVILLE TO USAGE OF LOUIS SCHREINEY. FIELD
On tnis the 13th day of December, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the Use Agreement for Southwest Airlines as heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville;
and after duo consideration, it is ordered on moticn by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County approve the proposed
Use Agreement as submitted and heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville and that Kİrr
County further concur with the proposal of the City of Kerrville to accept a previous payment
of ti~120,00 by Southwest Airlines as compİnsation for the airlines use of Louis Schreiner
Field through November 30, 1965; and it is further ordered that the Clerk certify the necessary
copies of this order and record the said executed Use Agreement in the minutes of the Court.
