MEEKh.R, City-County Sanitarian, Report for November, 1965 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-c-c-c TIO. 10131 ORDER APPROVING USE AGREENL'NT FOR SOUTHWEST AIRLINES AND O'1'HERIrIISE CONCURRING LlITH CITY OF KERRVILLE TU USAGE OF LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD On this the 13th day of December, 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the Use Agreement for Southwest Airlines as heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County approve the proposed Use Agreement as submitted and heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville and that Korr County further concur with the proposal of the City of Kerrville to accept a previous payment of w120.00 by Southwest Airlines as compensation for the airlines use of Louis Schreiner Field through November 30, 1965; and it is further ordered that the Clerk certify the necessary copies of this order and record the said executed Use Agreement in the minutes oi' the Court. o-o-o-o-c-o-o-c-o-o USE AC,REEPil;NT TYiis Use Agreement is between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, joint ownors of Louis Schreiner Airport, situated in Kerr County, Texas, party of first part, and Southwest Airlines, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas, party of Second part.
