O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O PdO, 10135 OrtDER CONCURHIPIG IN REVISED PLANS FOR PROPOSED AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT'S On this the 13th day of December, 1965 came on to be heard and. considered by the Court the matter of certain proposed improvements at the City-County Airport, and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County did on July 3, 1964, pursuant to Order No. 9756 as recorded in the Minutes of the Court, agree to participate in the cost of certain proposed airport improve- ments, the cost of which was to be borne partially by Federal Funds, and it now appearing to the Court that the application for such Federal participation has been approved as to only a portion of the originally proposed improvements, namely certain proposed taxiways, and it further appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has agreed to proceed with that portion of the proposed improvements for which Federal funds have been allocated, contingent upon the concurrences by Kerr County and the other participants in the original commitment, and it also appearing to the Court that such approved improvements are necessary to the use and operation oŁ the airport and that tho revised estimated cost thereof does not exceed the amount to which Kerr County was originally committed, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
