Tyre Commissioners Court will contract with the City of Kerrville for the rendition of Public Library Services to the citizens of Kerr County within the scope of she legal authority of Article 169L~, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes. 2. Legal title, control ana management of the proposed Butt-Holdswortn Memorial Library, hereinafter referred to as the facility, shall be vested in ana remain the sole responsioility of the City of Kerrville. 3, As consideration to be paid the Ci~y Łor their rendition of °ubiic Library Services, Kerr County will contract to pay the City of Kerrville fifty per cent of the city's actual opera- tional and maintenance costs incurred during each fiscal billing year as hereafter designated; subject, however, to the limitations set forth in the following item Itumber 5, L{.
