'~ County join in the proposal of the City of Kerrville to proceed with the proposed airport
improvements for which Federal funds have been allocated, provided that Kerr County~s share
of the cost tnereof' shall be in the same ratio as contemplated by Order No. 9756, and that
the other original participants in the local fund commitments concur herein.

On tnis the 13th day of December 1965, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
fixing the fees of Special Commissioners in Eminent Domain Proceedings filed within Kerr
County, 'Pexas; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of Article 3266 Section 3 as
amended, the duty has vested upon the Court to set aside such fees, at a sum of not less than
w10.UU for each day said Commissioners are engaged in the performance of their duties, it is
therefore Ordered that effective this date the fee of such Special Commissioners in Eminent
Domain Proceedings filed in Kerr County, Texas be, and is set at the sum of Ten Dollars

On this the 13th day of December, 196 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of an agreement with the City of Kerrvil'Le whereby Kerr County would contract witri
the City of Kerrville f'or the rendition of Public Library Services to the residents of Kerr
County through and by the operation and maintenance by the City of the proposed Butt-Holds-
worth Memorial Library; and after due consideration by the Court of the benefits which wculd
accrue to ail of the residents of Kerr County from such an agreement, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County heroby offers ana agrees to contract witn the City of Kerrville for
such sorvices upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit:
1. The Commissioners Court will contract with the City of Kerrville for the renaition of
Public Library Services to the citizens of Kerr Cow~ty within the scope of the legal authority
of Article 1691, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes.
2. Legal title, control ana management of the proposed Butt-Holdswortn iemorial Library,
hereinafter referred to as the facility, shall be vested in ana remain the sole responsioility
oi' the City of Kerrville.
3, As consideration to bo paid tho Ci~y for their .renaition of Public Library Services, I~ rr
County will contract to pay the City of Kerrville fifty per cent of the city~s actual opera-
tional and maintenance costs incurred during each fiscal billing year as hereafter designated;
subject, however, to the limitations sot forth in the following item Tdumber 5,
!~, The term Fiscal Billing Year shall be defined as a period of 12 ca~endar months commencing
on October 1 and ending on the following Sertemoer .y0, with she i'irst ~ucn Fiscal Billing Year
