Cave Creek bluff to the new right-of-way lino, and construct a drift fence of standard height
approximately 80 yards in length from the new right-of-way line on the north end of the Bea
Cave Creek bluff and running south to where the top of the bluff becomes perpendicular and in
additi^n Kerr County will modify the fencing and gates of the present livestock holding pens
at Bee Cave Creek so as to provide adequate access for trailer trucks from the relocated
entrance gate to the loading chute pens and in conjunction herewith furnish an additional pen
gate and make all necessary adjustments in road and fencing alignments.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
in the amount of :1325,00 on the F, M, 1340 Right-of-Way Fund payable to Frank P, Cullum, Sr.,
and Edith Y, Cullum, to be delivered to them upon their execution of the herein referred to
Right-of-lday Deed and Channel Easement.

13!{.0 AND AUTHORIZING PARTIAL FAY`"Ir;NTS FOR FENC:CNG ACTUALLY CONSTRUCTED
On this the 13th day of December 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
three separate proposals of Gabriel Mata to construct the three uirferent types of fencing
required for F, M, Road 1340 extension and relocation and it appearing to the Court after
reviewing the various proposals submitted that each of the three proposals of Gabriel Mata
represent the lowest and bast proposal for each of the three types of fencing, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court that the three folJ.owing separate proposals of Gabriel Mata for the aforesaid
fence construction be accepted,
Proposal No. One-to construct approximately 8,729 feet of standard livestock fencing
across the Mo-Ranch, Burke and Carson properties:
°vĒ595.00 per mile with one gate per mild
and extra gates X25,00 each.
Proposal No. Two-to construct approximately 9,100 feet of Deer Proof fencing with cedar
posts across the Cullum Ranch: X875,00 per mile with one gate per mile and extra gates w35,00
each.
Proposal No, Three-to construct approximately 3200 feet of Deer Proof fence uiihcreosote
posts across a portion of the Kerr Wildlife Management Area according to State Specification
~U.53 per yard with one gate and additional gates :35,00 each (Equivalent of w932.80 per mile).
And it is further ordered that the said Gabriel Mata shall be entitled to partial payments
for each of these three sections of fencing from time to time, the said partial payments to
be limited to the estimated percentage of completion less 15~ and it is further ordered that
the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the F, M, 1340 Right-of-Way Fund
for such partial payments, payable to Gabriel Mata upon written approval of the Commissioner
of Precinct Four and the County Judge.

On this the 13th say of December 1965, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Ivumbors 20356 thru 20359 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Karr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
reasons set out in said Certificates for she cancellation of taxes the rain are good and
sui'ficient, it is tnerefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge,
Notion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved
by the Court.
