Rodri;;uoz, Sr., ei'.fective as of Decemoar 1, 1965, payaUle out of the doneral F'urd, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o .IdO, 1O1f18 ORDER REDEFINING 'PFPE BOUIIL'ARIES OF JIISTJCE PHECIP;C'IS '1'WO AND THREE OF I~RR COUNTY AhD SE'PTING TH; '!'ERI'IS OF COIIRT TH3R~II1 On this the 30th day of December 1965 came on to Ue heard and considered by the Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of Justice Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County, and it appearing tc the Court that on the 12Lh day of Alzust, 196 the Court did redefine the boundaries of Voting Precincts Two, Three and Eight of Kerr County to be effective February 1, 1966, and ~„ it further appearing to the Court that the boundaries of voting precincts must by law not cross the boundaries of a justice precinct and i.t further appearing to the Court that Justice Precinct Two shou'_d comprise the same ;eo~raphi_c area as Voting 'rec~nct Ido, 2 as redefined and that Justice Prorinct No, 3 should comprise the sang ~eo~raphic area as Voting Precincts Nos. 3 and 8 as redefined, it is ordered on motion by Commissi~nor Bartel, seconded by Coc~missioner PIosty and unanimously approved by the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Constitu- lion of the State of Texas, Justice Pr©cincts Two and 'Fl,reo of Korr County be redefined by metes and 'pounds as he.rainafter set; forth, and that, pursuant to authority contained in Article 2351 1/2, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effective on February 1, 1966 and be in effect thereafter until altered b~= proper and lawful order or statute, and it is further ordered that the terms of Court in Justice Precincts Two and Thres as redefined effective February 1, 1966 shall remain the same as set by the terms of Ordor ido. 9353 as recorded in Vol, M, Page LI of the Minutes of the Court, The boundaries o_`' Justice Precincts Two and TyLree of Kerr County are hereby defined offec*.ive February 1, 1';66, by metes and bounds as follows: JUSTICE YREC:FNC'T N0. 2
