by Cormiissioner Bartol, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance to Simnyside Nursing
Home for Carmon Garcia be ter;ninatod effectivo as of December 1, 1965, ana that an alloy+ance
in the amount of K30.!%0 per month be Lranted to iTrs. E. V. Rodri;;uez, Sr., effective as of
Decomoer 1, 1965, payable out of the General F'urd.

Un this the 30th day of December 1965 came on to ba hoard and considered by the Court tho
matter of redefining the boundaries of Justice Precincts Two and Three of I:err County, and it
appearing tc Lhe Court Lhat on the 12th day of P,u;ust, 1965 the Court did redefine the boundaries
of Votinb Precincts Two, Three and >;i~;ht of Yerr County to be effective February 1, 1966, and ,,,,
it furtner appearing to the Court that the boundaries of voting precincts must by lat~r not cross
the boundaries of a justice precinct and it Further appearinr; to the Court that Justice Precinct
Two shou'_d comprise the same ;eo~raphi.c area as Voting i'rec~nct No. 2 as redefined and t'nat
Justice Precinct No. 3 should comprise the sane ;;eo~raphic area as Votin; Precincts Nos. 3 and
:3 as redofined, it T-s ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Coc~r:nissioner ;~Iosty
and unanimously arprovod by tho Court that pursuant to Artic.lo 5, Sİction 13 of tho Constitu-
tion of the State of Texas, Justice Precincts Two and '~hree of Kerr County be redefined by
metes and 'pounds as hereinafter set forth, and that, pursuant to authority contained in Article
2351 1/~, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil 5tatutos, the provisions of this order shall become
effective on February 1, 1966 and be in effect thereafter until altered by proper and lawful
order or statute, and it is further ordered that the terms of Court in Justice Precincts Two
and Three as redefined effective February 1, 1966 shall remain the same as set by the terms
of Order No. 9353 as recorded in Vol, M, Page l~ of thİ Minutes of the Court.
The boundaries of Justice Precincts Two and Tylree of ISerr County are hereby defined
effective February 1, 1766, by metes and bounds as follows:
