On this the 30th day' of December 1965 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of redefining the boundaries of Justice Froc incts Two and Three of Kerr County, and it
appearing tc the Court that on the 12Th day of August, 1'363 the Court did redefine the boundaries
of Voting Precincts `i'wo, Three and Ei`;ht oC Kerr. Ceunti.* to ba effective ebruary 1, 1966, and ._
it further appearing to the Gourt that the boundaries of voting precincts must by law not cross
t'rxe boundaries of a justice precinct and it further appearing to the Court that Justice Precinct
Two should comprise the same ~eo3raphi_c area as Voting ~'rec~nct No, 2 as redefined and that
Justica Pror,inct No, 3 should comprise the sand ~eo~raphic area as Voting Precincts idol, and
~ as redefined, it is ordered on motion by Commissi~_nor i~artel, secon~xed by Co~~missioner ~Tosty
and unanimousl~~ aprovod by the Court that pursuant to Article j, Section 18 of the Constitu-
tion of the State of Texas, Justice Pr©cincts Two and Three of Kerr Count;,a be redefine3 by
metes and 'pounds as kxereinafter set- forth, and that, pursuant to authority contained in Article
2351 1/2, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become
effective on February 1, 1966 and be in effect thereafter until altered b;;~ proper and lawful
order or statute, and it is further ordered that the terms of Court in Justice Pr©cincts Two
and `Phrae as redefined effective February 1, 196h shall remain the same as set by the terms

On this the 30th day of December 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of pay?nent and contribution to the Sid Peterson T=Iemorial Hospital, for the care
of indigent patients for the year 1965, in the sum of ~p2000.00. Upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk
and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of :x:2000.00,
for the care of indigent patients.
