In compliance with Order No. 10054 of the Commissioners' Court, entered
at its regular August term, August 12, 1965, and in compliance with
Article 2.04 of the Texas Election Code, the Corrsnissioner's Court of
Kerr County, did redefine the boundaries of eight Election Precincts,
as hereinafter set forth, for all elections held on and after
February 1, 1966.
Election Precinct No. 1
BEGINNING at a point in the City of Kerrville where the centerline of Wheless
Avenue intersects the centerline of Sidney Baker Street and State Highway 16;
THENCE SE with the centerline of Wheless Avenue to the point of its intersection
with the NW line of Tivy Street; THENCE SW with the NW line of Tivy St, to the
North line of Barnett St, and continuing across Barnett St. to the SE line of Tivy
St, and continuing with the SE line of Tivy St. and the SE line of Survey 116, B.
F. Cage to a point on the North bank of the Guadaiupe River and continuing SW to

the West line of Survey 33 to the point of its intersection with a North line of the
present County Road known as Roane Road and continuing South with the existing

BEGINNING at a point where the North Right of Way Line of the Texas and New
Orelans Railroad crosses the common boundary line of Kendall and Kerr Counties;
'THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said railroad Right of Way to the point
of its intersection with the South line of Original Comfort Outlot No. 38, which is
also the South line of the Clemens Heinen property; THENCE West with the South
line of said Outlot No. 38 to its SW corner and the NW corner of Original Comfort
Outlot No. 39; THENCE South with the West line of said Outlot No. 39 to a point
marking the SE corner of the Rosita Holdsworth Hollar property; THENCE West
with the South line of two tracts of land presently owned by Rosita Holdsworth
Hollar, which line is also the North line of a newly constructed County Road
bordering the former Joe Spenrath property as purchased by Chester Schwethelm,
