On this the..l3th day of December, 1965 came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the offer of Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly to donate
5.555	acres	of land for right-of-way for F. M. Road 1340 extension and re-

Surveys 1655 and 1476 for right-of-way for F, M,
relocation and that in consideration of such donation

tot e foregoing canside ation, Kerr County will, after completion of the re-
construction and relocation of F. M. Road 1340 by the Texas Highway Depart-
went, request the said Highway Department to close and abandon as a public
roadway that portion of existing F. M. Road 1340 commencing at the present
Mo-Ranch entrance and running east to the point of intersection with the new
route of F. M, Road 1340; and, upon such closing, request the State of Texas
to quitclaim the said at~andoned right-of-way to Kerr County, and Kerr County
will then in turn quitclaim the said abandoned right-of-way to those landowners
who originally conveyed the same to the State of Texas at no cost to Kerr
County; and, pursuant to the assent granted by the Board of Trustees of the
Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly, the principal entrance to Mo-Ranch will
be relocated on the west side of Mo-Ranch at the designated gout acceptable
to the Texas Highway Department and Kerr County will assist in improving
the present county roadway leading to the said new entrance location.
