Offer to Robert R. Carson, Walter D, Carson, Mary Ruth Menn and Bessie Sistrunk for Right-of-Way for F, M, Road 1340 On this the 8th day of November, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Robert R, Carson, Walter D, Carson, Mary Ruth Menn and Bessie Sistrunk for their *'~ ~ cgi'~veyance of 7, 993 acres of land required for F, M, Road 1340 west of ;+-e Mo-Ranch, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on ,'motion by Commissioner SroRe seconded by Commision- er Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr ' -I Goainty hereby offers to pay the aforesaid four land owners the sum of $800. 00 compensation for land and damages as consideration for their con- yeyance to the State of Texas of the 7.993 acres of land required, and in ad- ktition to the cash consideration offered, Kerr County will construct a sub- stantial livestock fence out of new materials along both sides of the right- of-way conveyed and provide the necessary 12 foot metal gates, and it is further ordered that upon delivery of the properly executed right-of-way deed, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
