Order Approving Use Agreement for Southwest Airlines
and Otherwise Concurring with City of Kerrville to Usage
of Louis Schreiner Field
On this the 13th day of December, 1965 came on to be heard and con-
side red by the Court the Use Agreement for Southwest Airlines as hereto-
fore approved by the Gity of Kerrville; and after due consideration, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner o',"-'° seconded by

and unanimously approved by the
:Caurt~that Kerr County approve the proposed Use Agreement as submitted
aiud~}ieretofore approved by the Gity of Kerrville and that Kerr County further
concur with the proposal of the City of Kerrville to accept a previous payment
of $10.00 by Southwest Airlinea as compensation for the airline's use of
Lt~u!is=Schreiner, Field through November 30, 1965; and it is further ordered
thattlie Clerk certify the necessary copies of this order and record the said
executed Use Agreement in the minutes of the Court.
