Bidered by the Court the matter of certain proposed improvements at the
City-County Airport, and it a~r.coring to toe Court that Kerr County did on
July 3, 1964, pursuant to C7rder No, 9756 as recorded in the lulinutes of the
Court„ agree to participate in the coat of certain proposed airport improve-
manta, the cost of which was to be borne partially by Federal Funds, and it
;,pow appearing to the court that the application for such Federal participa-
'tion has been approved as to only a portion of the originally proposed im-
provemeats, namely eertasn proposed taxiways, and i# further appearing to
the Court that the City of Kerrville has agreed to proceed with that portion
of the proposed improvements for which Federal funds have been allocated,
contingent upon the concurrences by Herr County and the other participants
in the original commitment, and it also appearing t0 tlse Court that such ap-
proved improve~ettcnts are necessary to the use and operation. of the airport
and that the revised estimated cost thereof does not exceed the amount to
which Y{err County wan origiaaily committed. it is ordered oa motion by
Commissioner _s~rs..-!L. _ seconded by Commissioner

join in the proposal of the Cfty of l{errvilte to proceed with the proposed air-
port improvements fox which E'ederal funds have been allncated, grovided that

plated by (9rdex No, ')756, and that the other original participants in the local
faced commitments concur herein.
