Order Requesting Texas Highway Lepartn:ent to Convey
Two Parcels of old right-of-.vay of State Highway 39 at
Camp Mystic to Kerr County
On this the 14tH day of February, 19b6, came on to be heard and consi3er-
ed by the Court the matter of disposition of two parcels of old rignt-of-way of
State H~gixway 39 at Camp Mystic aggregating 0. G99 miles and situated in Kerr
County, azxd it appearing to the Court the designation of the following two parcels
of right-of-way as a portion of tiie State High.-ay Systen, has been cancelled b-y the
terms of Texas Highway Commission Minute Order No. 57008 passed January 19,
19~b, namely:
1. 0.445 acres of land, more or less, cut of W. R, Andersc.~ Survey
No. 149'7 and J, F, Edmonds Survey No. 1357 running from a
point normal to centerline Station 151524. 5 to a point normal to
centerline Station 151634, 8, said tract being described in "Ap-
pendix A" of this order,
?. 0. 070 acres of laud, more or less, out of W'. R. Anderson Surve~~
No. 1497 running from a point normal io centerline Statioxl 1519
90 to a point normal to centerline Station 15LOf50, 7, said tract
being described in "Appendix $" of this order,
And it further appearing to the Court that the laud comprising these two
parcels of old right-of-way is na longer needed for the use of citizens as a road
and that the said parcels of old right-of-way consi;itute portions of a former
county roadway which became a portion of the State tlighvaay System at uo cost
to the State of Texas and that they shUuld now be returned to Kerr County, it is
ordered on motian by Commissioner

that the Texas Highway Department and the State of Texas be requested to convey
by Quitclaim Deed to Kerr County, Texas, all of the right, title and interest of
the State in the herein referred to two parcels of old right-of-way of State High-
way 39 situated ir, Kerr County, which two parcels are more particularly described
by metes and bounds in appendices "A" and "B" of this order and it is further order-
ed that the Clerk cf this Court furnish the Texas Highway Department with a certi-
fied copy of this arder and the appendices thereto.
