On this the 7th day of January, 1966 came on to be hoard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid Frances P, Burke fcr her conveyance to the State of Texas
of O,gyl acres of land, which land is required for Lhe construction and relocation of F, ,,"~,
P,oad. 131T0; and after due consideration by the Court, it, is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, secondad by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved. by the Court that Kerr County
hereby offers to pay Frances P, Burke the stun of :,)300.00 compensation 2'or land and damages
for her conveyance to the State of Texas of 0,4y1 acres out of Surveys 14;o ana 165, and in
audition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the
entire south, wort and north sides oi' the remainder of the 3 acre Frances :', Burke tract,
including within such enclosure an additional tract of approximately 0.12K acres in anent
