Cn this the 7th day of January, 1966 carne on to be hoard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid b'rances P, Burke for her conveyance to the State of Texas
of 0.(}91 acres of land, which land is required for Lhe construction and relocation of F, ,,"i.
P.oad 1340; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved. by the Court that Kerr County
hereby offers to pay Frarcos P, Burke the stun of yj300.C0 compensati_nn t'or land and damages
for her conveyance to the State of Texas of 0,491 acres out of Surveys 14"ib and 1b~5, and in
addition to tTle foregoing, cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the
entire south, wort and north sides oi' the remainder of the 3 acre Frances 1, Burke tract,
includin within such enclosure an additional tract of approximately O.1R5 acres in event
its conveyance i.s mace to the said Frances P, Burka by Hobert it, Carson, et al, with it being
stipulated that the fencing be of a standard livestocii type of net Taira and heart radar. tests
and stays as constructed on the adjacent prororty by Herr County, and in addition Kerr Ce'_inty
Zai1L provide one l~ fooi; :natal entrance dace, aluminum if ava:.lable, to ba installed at a
location accayotable to the owner and the Tetras iig..:aa;,T De>>artment; and it is further ordered
t'r~at in addition to the foregoing consideration, ti~arr County will. endeavor to secure conveyance
to the said prances P, Burke of approx Lnately 0,125 acres of land out of Survey 1655 by Robert
R. Carson, et a1, at no cost to the said Frarcas P, Burke, provided however, in the event
iiorr County is unable to secure conveyance of the aforesaid 0.125 arras of land, the cash
