Gn this the 10th clay of January 1)66, at a itegular Term of the Cormnissioners~ Court,
all members being present, there came on for consiaoratiun the matter of compensation of the
various County Officials of i:err County, Texas, S'or the year 1966, as provided for in Article
3912_a, Section 2, R,C.S, of `T'exas. And it appearing toth© Court that Kerr County has a
population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last "r'ederal Census, and that trxe
interests of the County would be bolt served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid
on a salary basis for the year 1966;
Upon motion dul~r made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Cormnissioner Steno, and un-
animously a;%l:roved by trxe Court, it is ordered that tine County Gfficials of iierr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1966. It is further orderad by the
Court that the Clark of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the
Comptrollar of rublic Accounts in Austin, Texas.
