all members 'oeing presont, there came on for consideration the clatter of compensation of the
various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1966, as provided for in Article
391?_e, Section 2, R.C.S, of 'I'e~:as. And it a,,peering to 'the Court that Kerr County has a
pnpu]_a+.,ion of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests of the County would be host served if the County Gfficials of Kerr County ara paid
on a salary basis fur tkse year 1966;
upon motion duly made by Comraissionar Bartel, seccndad by Commissioner Stone, and un-
animously a,I:roved by the Court, it is ordered t'rrat tine County Officials o° Herr County be
paid on a salary basis as lrovided by 1a,a, for the year 1966. It is further orcterad by t'rre
Court that tine Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send sa:no to the
