Cn this the 10th day of January 1966, came on to be erariined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk `!'rust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons ©ntitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for tiie
period from Juno 1, 1965, having a balanco of 'v~757.35 on deposit in said TROST F'uiD,
for the period ending December 31, 1965,
It ay~pearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be ay proved; there-
lore, on motion by Commissioner t=iosty, seconded by CorrL~issioner Schwethel.n, the Court un-
animously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk,

On this tho 10th day of January 1966, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners Court,
all members being present, thore came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various County Officials of Kerr County, Togas, for the year 1966, as provided for in Article
3912_a, Section 2, R.C.S, of `T'exas. And it appearing to the Court the` Kerr County has a
population of lass than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests of the Cox;uxty would be bust served if the County Officials of Kerr County aro paid
on a salary basis for the year 1966;
upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, sec~;nded by Commissioner Stone, and un-
animousiy a proved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Gfficials of iierr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1966, It is furti.or ordered by the
Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send sate to the
Comptroller of ublic Accounts in Austin, Texas.
