On this the 10th day of January 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk i'rust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner
Banl., Kerrville, `T'exas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and asucurrts raraainin~ in firer hands for tire
period from June 1, 1965, leaving a balance of v?757.35 on deposit in said TI~CST FoiiD,
for the period ending December 31, 19b5,
It appearini; to the Court that said report is in due S'orm and should be aiproved; there-
fore, on motion by Commissioner T~iosty, seconded by CorrL~issioner Schwethel:n, the Court un-
animously a proved said report as submitted, to bo filed with the County Clerk.

all members 'Doing present, more came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various County Officials of l'.err County, Texas, for the ,yoar 1966, as provided for in Article
391?_a, Section 2, R.C.S, of `T'exas, And it appearing to 'the Court that Kerr County has a
population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last r'ederal Census, and that the
interests of the County tiro uld be best served if the County Gfficials of Kerr County are paid
on a salary basis for the year 1966;
upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commnissioner Stone, and un-
aniraousiy al::rovod by the Court, it is ordered that the County Gfficials o_° Herr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by lair, for the yoar 1966, It is further ordered by ti:e
Court that the Clark of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and Bond same to tna
Coral%troller of "rublic Accounts in Austin, Texas.
