salary basis for tre year 1966, as provided by law. It is furthor ordered that the Clerk of
this Court Prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the State Co:nl:truller of

matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Vaniremon in the
District Court of Korr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as is reauired
to be done annually by Article 212?_, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of
Criminal Procad:ure and Article 35.21-;. of tho Code of Criminal Procedure and after due considera-
tion, it is ordered on motion by Commissiunur SLune, seconded by Corrunissioner TlosLy, anti un-
animously a proved by the Court, that tho compensation to be ;-aid durini; file year 1966 ana
until further orders of the Court to all the aforesaid classes of Jurors and Veniremen shall

the rate of compensation fo~° such Bailiffs should be fixed by the Court, it is ordered on
