On t'nis the 1Gt.. day of January 19u6, came on to be considered by the Court the pas~.nent
to be made to the Kerr County Memorial Library for rendition of public library service for
iierr County as per contract for the year 1966; and it a,~pearing to the Court that the sum of
:;;3J~00.00 heretofore budgeted for such service for the year 1966 is reasonable and within
existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on motion by Consnissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerl: and
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to draw a voucher on the General Fund for rendition of
Public Library Service for Kerr County as per contract for the year 1966.

dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1966, also that the Courthouse
shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and

ed by the Court that the above named firm be so employed.

On this the 10th day of January 1966, upon ;notion made by Co.7unissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner iiosty, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation of Alvin
Booth, Assistant Custodian, be fixed at a salary of a~~25.00 per month, effective January 10,
1966, payable out of the General Fund.
