Schreiner Bank, holder of the Warrants concerned, has agreed to aocept Kerr County's letter notice of intention to call dated February 2, 1966 Sn lieu publication of notice in a nawe- paper and to acoept payment of principal and aacrued interest to March 2, 1966 as to the said warrants, it is ordered on motion by Commmissioner Schwatbe lm, seconded by Commiss ioaer Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County eaerc ise its option to prepay 1959 Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants Nos. 65-~8 inclusive, in the principal amount of rp2, 000,00 as of March 2, 1966 and pay the sum of $30.00 accrued interest thereon ea of that date and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a vouch in the amount of 562,030.00 on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund payable to the Chas.
