On this the 1L~.th day of February 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of exercising Kerr County's option to prepay certain of its 1954 Flood Control
Repair Warrants, and it appearing to the Court that there are now on deposit in the Flood
Control Maintenance Fund funds in excess of currently ent is ipated needs for other purposes
and that a saving of int sreat could be effected by prepaying Warrants Nos, 65-68 inclusive
scheduled to mature on Nov. 15, 1968 and it further appearing to She Court that the Chas.
Bank, holder of the Warrants concerned, has agreed to accept Kerr County's letter
notice of intention to call dated February 2, 1966 in lieu public at ion of notice Ln a nevs-
paper and to accept payment of prlnc ipal and accrued Snteraet to March 2, 1966 as to the said
warrants, it is ordered on motion by Comnisaioner $chwathelm, seconded by Commissioner Mosty,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County eaerc ise its option to prepay 1959
Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants Nos. 65-(,8 inclusive, in the principal amount of
$2,000.00 as of March 2, 1966 and pay the sum of s~30.00 accrued interest thereon as of that
date and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a vouch
