N0. 10179 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 20360
On this the 11}th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court Certi£iceite
of Cancellation, Certificate Number 20360, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Rax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out;
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and sufficient, it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the County
Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Conmilsaioner Stone end unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10180 TERMINATION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF MILAS WILSON
On this the 14th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of
Miles Wilson be terminated, due to death, effective as of January 1$, 1966.

On this the 14th day of February 1966, came on to be oonsl dared by the Court the appoin
ma nt of the nacossary election officials for the ansu ing year, for each of the nineteen
Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 287-;?93,
inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwa thelm, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said of£icera be appointed for the year 1966, and made a part
hereof for all purposes.

On Chia the 14th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seaonded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk
and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of x$,000.00 from tl:ie
General Fund to the Of£Scers Salary Fund.
