N0. 10179 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 2G36o
On this thn 14th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by tho Court Certifioate
of Cancellation, Certif ioate Number 20360, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Rex
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and sufficient, it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the Cocmty
Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, aeaonded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10180 TERMINATION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF MILAS WILSON
On this the 1!{th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Monty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly ellowanca~ of
Milan Wilson be terminated, due to death, effective as of January 15, 1966.

On this the ll}th day of February 1966, came on to be oonsl dared by the Court the appoint
me nt of the necessary election officials for the ansu ing year, foi• each of the nineteen
Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 287-293,
inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Scriwethelm, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said officers ba appointed for the year 1966, and made a part
hereof for all pure ones.

N0. 10182 TRANSFER OF X5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS 3ALARY FOND
On this the 1!}th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commisa inner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Monty, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk
and County Treasurer be, and era hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~5, 000.00 Prom the
General Fund to the Of£Scers Salary Fund.

On this the 14.th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Coirmii ssioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~`2, OOO.CO from the F/M Lateral
Road Fund to the F/M 1340 R/W Fund.
