N0. 10179 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 20360
^ On this the 11}th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Certifiaate Number 20360, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Rex
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and auff is lent, it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the County
Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10180 TERMINATION OF MONTRLY ALLOWANCE OF MILAS WILSON
On this the 11}th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of
M11as Wilson be terminated, due to death, effective as of January 15, 1966.

On this the 11}th day of February 1966, came on to be Donal dared by the Court the appoir
ment of the nscessary election officials Łor the ensuing year, for each of the ciinateen
Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 287-293,
inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwa thelm, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for the year 1966, and made a part
hereof for all purposes.

On this the 1l}th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, end unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk
and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 5,000.00 from the
