On this the 11}th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Certifiaate Number 20360, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax
Asaeeaor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the re asona set out
in said Certificate for the canoellation of taxes therein are good and sufficient, it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certiflc ate be granted and signed by the County
Judge,

N0. 10180 TERMINATION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF MLLA3 WILSON
On this the 14th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of
Miles Wilson be terminated, due to death, effective as of January 15, 1966.

N0. 10181 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1966
Oxt this the 14th day of February 1966, came on to be oonsidered by the Court the appoir
ment of the necessary election off is Sala for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 287-293,
inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Karr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commies inner Schwethelm, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for the year 1966, and made a part
hereof for all purposes.

N0. 10182 TRANSFER OF X5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICER3 SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commisa inner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, end unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk
and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 10183 TRANSFER OF $2000.00 FROI4 F/M LATERAL ROAD FUND TO F/M 1340 R/W FUND
On this the 14th day of February 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commlas inner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~2, 000.00 from the F/M Lateral
Road Fund to the F/M 1340 R/W Fund.
