COURT RECONVENED February 15, 1966 at 10:00 o'clock A.M„ with all members present, and
the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10186 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INI~BTEDNES3, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 15th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement oT Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1, 196$ and
ending January 31, 1966, and the same having bees compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commiasluner Schwathelm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit,

N0. 10187 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUN1"Y TREASURER
On this the 1$th day of February 1966, in Regular monthly session of Commi saioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs, E, M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1965 and ending on the
31st day of January 1966, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has reoeived for
account and oredit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
part thereof; and that said accounts reoeived and paid out of the respective funds, since the ~ -~~
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct ae therein
shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file cams in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper arsdits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commisa inner Sahwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

OF RELOCATING ELECTRIC LINES AND INCREASING (}ROUND CLEARAECS ON F/M 1340 R/W
AT MO RANCH
On this the 1$.Ch day of February 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the St eta of Texas, to
relocate its eleotria distribution lines and Sricrease ground olearance at certain points
along F/M 1340 R/W at Mo Ranch, which relocations were requested by Kerr County at points
where existing poles and/or guy wires are located within the additional right-of-way obtained
