COURT RECONVENED February 15, 1966 at 10:00 o~clock 6.M „ with all members present, and
the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10186 AY PROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 15th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Elnmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quartsr beginning November 1, 1965 and
ending January 31, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Co:mr.i ssionar Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwetho lm, said rep
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subJect to
audit,

N0, 1018 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 15th day of February 1966, in Regular moathly session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1965 and ending on the
31st day of January 1966, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct,
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has reoeived for
account and oredit and paid out of each oP said fttnds as reflected in the report and become a
part thereof; and that said accounts reoeived and paid out of the respective funds, since the ~ ^~
Piling of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct sa therein
shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERS by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same Ss
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same In the record
binder provided Por the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order.

along F/M 131}0 R/W at Mo Ranch, which relocations were requested by Kerr County at points
where existing poles and/or guy wires era located within the additional right-of-way obtained
