'~,, the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10186 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 15th day of February 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedna ss,
expenditures and receipts of Karr County for the quarter beginning November 1, 1965 and
ending January 31, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Cotrm~i ssloner Berta 1, seconded by Commissioner Schwethalm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit,

N0, 1018 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 15th day of February 1966, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners'
CourQ came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mra, E, M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1965 and ending on the
31st day of January 1966, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the ~ -~~
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct ea therein
shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk oT this Court is hereby ordered to file same Sn the record
~~,, binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
', accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order.

OF RELOCATING ELECTRIC LINES AND INCREASING GROUND CT•*~w•*C8 ON F/M 1340 R/W

On this the 15th day of February 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the State of Texas, to
relocate its electric distribution lines and increase ground clearance at certain points
along F/M 13!}0 R/W at Mo Ranch, which relocations were requested by Kerr County at points
where existing poles and/or guy wires are located within the additional right-of-way obtained
