McDonald, County Treasurer of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1965 and ending on the 31st day of January 1966, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct, And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the ~ --~~ Piling of the preceding report and during the period above stated, era correct ae therein shown. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commiss loner $ohwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10188 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO LONER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY FOR ESTIMATED COST OF RELOCATING ELECTRIC LINES AND INCREASING (FROUND CLEARAEC& ON F/M 1340 R/W AT MO RANCH On this the 1$Lh day of February 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the State of Texas, to relocate its eleotric distribution lines and irtarease ground clearance at certain points ' along F/M 1340 R/W at Mo Ranch, whioh relocations were requested by Kerr County at points where existing poles and/or guy wires are located within the additional right-of-way obtained 347 by Kerr County for the State of Texae and it appearing to the Court that such proposal should be aooaptad, it Sa ordered on motion by Commisaionar Schwethelm, seconded by Con˘˘i ssioner Stone , and unanimously approved approved by the Court that the said proposal be accepted by Kerr County, and that the County Judge ba authorized to execute the necessary written agree- ment on behalf of Iferr County and it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F/M 13!}0 R/W Fund 1n the amount of $955.66, payable to the Lower Colorado River Authority, the said vouaher repreae nt ing the estimated cost to Kerr County for the said relocations, the payment of this sum being required by the Lower Colorado River Authority as a prerequisite to their proceeding with the aforesaid relocations. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT RECESSID FEBRUARY 15, 1966 at 1:00 o~clock P, M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT RECONVENED FEBRUARY 17, 1966 at !}: 30 o~clock P,M„ with the following officers present: Julius R, Neunhoffer County Judge C. M. ROAD 13140 On this the 17th day of February, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Eugene T, Standley as landowner and Hill Country Fadaral Savings and Loan Association, Inc „ of Kerrville, Texas, as lienholder for conveyance to the State of Texas of 5.568 acres of land and granting of one channel easement comprising 0,115 acres, which land and easement are required for construction and exte naion of F. M, Road 13140, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commiss ioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Eugene T. Standley as owner of record and Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc „ as Lien Holder the sum of X1,500.00 compensation for land, damages end severance damages for conveyance to the State of Texas by the land owner of 5,568 acres of land out of Surveys 1355 and 1549 and the granting of one channel easement comprising 0,115 acres out of Survey 1355, together with the execution of a partial release of the existing vendors lien and accompanying deed of trust by the lienholder as to the acreage conveyed and easement granted; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Karr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the south side of the right-of-way conveyed which fence will consist of heart cedar posts set 30 feet apart with 3 cedar stays between and 39 inch net wire topped by one smooth cable wire and, during construction of the new roadway, temporary cattle guards will ba constructed at the necessary points along the existing aounty road so as to keep all ordinary livestock confined to the Standley Ranch; and it is further ordered that as many as 3 12-foot steel gates will be installed along the right-oS-way conveyed and, after construction of the new roadway, Kerr County will close and abandon as a public roadway all remaining portions of the existing North Fork County Road from the existing Stowers Ranch Road west to a point opposit ion 217+50 of the centerline of the new roadway and connect all previously constructed new ing with the mci~ing faring alnig tks north sfde of the exLstii4g county roeaj ad tpon request oonetrwt tht
