HOSPITAL Oa this the 1lyth day of March, 1966, came on to be heard the letter request of the Texas Highway Department for authority to make certain improvame nts on a portion of the Right-of-Way oP the Southern Pacific Railroad et the entrance to the Kerrville Veterans Administration Hospital, which portion of railroad right-of-way has been declared by the railroad to be subject to a roadway crossing heretofore granted the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, and it appear ing to the Court that the proposed improvements of the Texas Highway Department are nets asary to provide for traffic flow originating on the hospital grounds and that the use of the existing railroad cross ing for this purpose is in keeping with the purposes for vhich the said crossing was originally established, Lt is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby grants the request oi' the Texas Highway Department to make the proposed improvements on Kerr C ounty~s crossing easement across the right-of-way of the Southern Yac ific Railroad at the
