N0, 10196 ORDER AUTHORIZING TEXAS HIGHWAY IEPARTMENT TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS ON COUNTY EASEMENT
ACROSS SOU'PHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD PROPERTY AT ENTRANCE TO KERRVILLE V, A. HOSPITAL
On this the 1t}th day of March, 1966, came on to be heard the letter request of the Texas
Highway Department for authority to make certain improvements on a portion oP the Right-of-Way
of the Southern Pacific Railroad at the entrance to the Kerrville Veterans Administration
Hospital, which portion of railroad right-oE-way has been declared by the railroad to be
subject to a roadway crossing heretofore granted the Commisa loners Court oP Kerr County, and
it appearing to the Court that the proposed improvements of the Texas Highway Department are
necessary to provide for traffic flow or lg inating on the hospital grounds and that the use
of the existing railroad crossing Por this purpose is in keeping xith the purposes for which
the said oroasing xas originally est abllshad, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Coxrmmissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby
grants the request oi' the Texas Highway Department to make the proposed improvements on Kerr
County~s crossing easement anrosa the right-of-way of the Southern Pac ifio Railroad at the
