A. HOSPITAL On this the 1lyth day of March, 1966, came on to be heard the letter request of the Texas Highway Department for authority to make certain improvements on a portion of the Right-oP-Way oP the Southern Pacific Railroad at the entrance to the Kerrville Veterans Administration Hospital, which portion of railroad right-of-way has been declared by the railroad to ba subject to a roadway crossing heretofore granted the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the proposed improvements of the Texas Highway Department are necessary to provide for traffic flow originating on the hospital grounds and that the use of the existing railroad crossing for this purpose is in keeping with the purposes for whlah ~~, the said crossing was originally eat abllshad, it Sa ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Coxmnisaioner Monty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby grants the request oi' the Texas Highway Department to make the proposed improvements on Kerr Count yes crossing easement across the right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railroad at the
